Madison Graulty is one of my personal favorite musicians around town. Over the years I've been watching her perform, I've watched her touch on a wide variety of musical genres and every single one, she always comes out on top. Aviatrix is no exception. The songwriting bears a lot of similarity to what she wrote back in her folk-y days with Meadow and the Larks, but with a well built punk band behind her, to create a sound all their own. If ever a band needed to get on recording, it's these guys right here. But for now, while you still can, catch Aviatrix for something fantastically different. And fantastically well written.
